  • 1 cup fresh spinach or frozen, thawed, and squeezed dry
  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • ¼ cup cream cheese softened

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning

The goal is to create a pocket large enough to hold your stuffing while keeping the chicken intact. Season the chicken on all sides with salt, pepper, and paprika for flavor.

Step 2: Prepare the Filling

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, spinach, minced garlic, and sun-dried tomatoes. Mix well until the ingredients are fully incorporated. The cheese will melt beautifully inside the chicken, adding both texture and flavor.
